Totals: $41.97 at sale prices for $0.00 OOP.  Start with $11 in ECBs and $6.43 on your cash card.  End with $13 in ECBs and $5.65 on your Cash Card, plus receive $6 MIR.  That’s a gain of $7.22! :-)
